Residential and commercial property, I have acted for many investor clients locally and nationwide over a number of years and also specialise in auction acquisitions. I deal with leasehold, freehold, re-mortgage, pre-auction advice and transfer of equity.

Experience Highlights

Building a new department as Head of Department from the ground up, I built a successful department across four offices in Liverpool and Wirral which continues to go from strength to strength to this day. Once this was up and running and a fully-fledged department I made the decision to take the step to leave employment as Head and set up my own legal consultancy company specialising in land/ property acquisition and pre-auction advice.  The time felt right after a 14-year career as an employee and was a natural progression for me. From there on I then went on under my company to become a consultant.

I successfully completed a commercial development acquisition of over 200 units with international buyers from Asia which was the largest and most challenging collective case I have dealt with so far in my career. I pride myself on being a personable Lawyer and set myself aside from other Lawyers in that my efficiency and dedication to get cases (particularly of a more urgent nature) through as quickly as possible without compromising the case. I have a reputation for my efficiency and attention to detail locally and now further afield in recent months.

Career History

After having left a teaching career I decided to move to Law in 2007, I started my career in law as a legal clerk and was running my own caseload within a year, during this time I qualified as a mortgage consultant in my spare time to enhance my lender knowledge. After 14 years as a fee earner, I was appointed as Head of Department in 2021 within a firm until I made the decision later that year to start my own consultancy business and independently consult. I am now pleased to join Mezzle as the perfect fit for my career.
