The Joint Administrators are Marco Piacquadio (Insolvency Practitioner Licence No. 19910) and Alan Brian Coleman (Insolvency Practitioner Licence No. 9402), both of FTS Recovery Limited, Baird House, Seebeck Place, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK5 8FR.
The affairs, business and property of Mezzle Limited are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the company and without personal liability.
Appointment of Solicitor Manager
Jeffry Zindani (SRA No. 141810) has been appointed to act as Solicitor Manager for Mezzle Limited.
The Solicitor Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the firm's regulated legal activities during the administration, including arrangements for the protection of clients' interests, the management of existing matters and the orderly transfer of client files where appropriate.
The Solicitor Manager works alongside the Joint Administrators in relation to the firm's regulatory and professional obligations.
