What Will Change?
Flexible Working Model: We’re transitioning to a remote-friendly model that supports a better work-life balance for our lawyers and staff. While we’ve scaled back our physical office space, we’ll still offer in-person appointments as needed and online meetings.
Office Locations: Our main office on Elm Street in Ipswich has moved to the modern Franciscan House (51 Princes St) and our Hadleigh office has closed. Our Felixstowe and Woodbridge offices remain open. We continue to provide home visits as we always have.
Document and Wills Storage: With reduced office storage, we’ve transferred the care of all wills made before 1 September 2024 to Right Legal Group, a regulated and respected national law firm specialising in Wills and Probate. Right Legal Group, trading as Simpson Solicitors, will reach out to clients individually to confirm the safe storage of these wills and explain next steps.
