Stuart has more than 20 years’ experience in the law much of it spent as partner in the city of London. In that time, he has dealt with a wide range of commercial property transactions to include commercial conveyancing, secured lending, landlord and tenant matters and development. He also provides corporate support and advises on property related insolvency cases covering both corporate and personal insolvency.

During this time Stuart has acted on behalf of a wide range of clients including landlords and tenants, private owned property companies, one of the biggest aircraft manufacturers in the world, a global real estate company, an international bus company, charities, mainstream banks, private banks, offshore trusts and individual investors as well as several SMEs.

He also does high value residential conveyancing and is CQS accredited.

Experience Highlights

• Servicing the landlord and tenant requirements for one of the biggest aircraft manufacturers in the world
• Dealing with commercial freehold sales and purchases for one of the largest real estate investors in the world. Also servicing their landlord and tenant requirements.
• Acting on behalf of a substantial privately owned Canadian company in relation to a grant of a new lease for their London headquarters and subsequently moving them across London to new offices.
• Acting on behalf of a charity which built a new regional tennis centre in conjunction with the Lawn Tennis Association which became a model for future developments. It was awarded LTA club of the year following completion of the development.
