Louise is a commercial real estate partner having acted for many investor clients locally and developers nationwide over a number of years. She also specialises in auction acquisitions.

Experience Highlights

Building a new department as group head from the ground up, Louise built a successful department across four offices in Liverpool and Wirral which continues to go from strength to strength to this day. Once this was up and running and a fully-fledged department, she made the decision to take the step to leave employment and set up her own legal consultancy company specialising in land/ property acquisition and pre-auction advice.

Louise successfully completed a commercial development acquisition of over 200 units with international buyers from Asia which was the largest and most challenging collective case she has dealt with so far in her career.  Louise has a reputation for efficiency and attention to detail locally and now further afield in recent months.

Career History

After having left a teaching career Louise decided to move to Law in 2007. After 14 years as a fee earner she  was appointed as Head of Department in 2021.
