Advised more than 33 International law firms on various aspects of UAE law and disputes involving multinationals in the UAE.

Oil and Gas  Advised Foreign oil and gas companies  on concession and exploration contracts  entered in the UAE

Advised foreign banks on loan agreements for UAE law compliance and enforceability

Construction and Property - Advising on construction disputes such as rights of contractors to stop work for non-payment of dues and non-vacation of construction sites by unpaid contractors; sub-contractors direct claims on the employer, bypassing the main contractor; non-payment of dues; and other such matters; property sale and purchase contracts and disputes related to property sales.

IPR- Advised international companies on IPR disputes; counterfeit products; and  IPR licensing contracts

Customs- Advised on customs procedures and laws and customs disputes.

Franchise and Distribution- Advised major International companies on franchise contracts and disputes, related to Automobiles, clothing, food and beverage outlets, and cosmetics.

Tax: Advising on UAE tax laws

Preparing cases for the Joint Judicial Committee when there is a conflict of jurisdiction between the On Shore and DIFC courts.

Awards: Recognised as a DIFC Courts Law Specialist by the DIFC Academy, DIFC Dubai UAE

India Work Experience: Appearing in the High Court of Delhi and the subordinate courts in criminal matters and drafting Special Leave Petitions for the Supreme Court of India in criminal matters as appeals from High Court judgments.
