Experience Highlights

County Hall – a battle royale between Victor Chandler and a Japanese bank, fighting over the exclusive rights to run gift shops from County Hall.  High profile legal battles ensued, testing the law in areas as diverse as rectification, derogation of grant, and the enforcement of covenants under the Covenants Act 1995.

Xenon Night Club – a high profile dispute over a 1980’s icon, following the spectacular falling out of the two partners.

Chiswick Village – a legal war between two large investors fighting over the freehold of a large residential estate in West London.  After a bruising 30 day Trial and seven or eight injunction applications, the matter finally settled on favourable terms
