Eva qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has since built up a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate law. Having worked within top city firms, regional heavyweights, and local authorities.

Experience Highlights

Advising on a number of PFI schemes, specifically NHS LIFT in which she was the sole lead on   the property aspects of the transaction for the  Barking and Havering LIFT.  This was the third LIFT project to close nationally (out of 47) and was the first to achieve its second financial close.  Barking and Havering LIFT was the inaugural winner of the Best Joint Venture LIFT Established Award in 2004, awarded as part of the Public Private Finance Awards.
